Registration is now open for the 2026 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention, bringing together distributors, suppliers and industry leaders from across North America’s flooring and building materials sectors Nov. 3–5 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.

Named one of Trade Show Executive’s 50 Fastest-Growing Shows of 2025, the annual event has become a key destination for executives seeking new partnerships, market intelligence and business opportunities throughout the distribution channel.

This year’s convention will feature the event’s signature one-on-one meetings between distributors and suppliers, designed to foster meaningful conversations and drive business growth. Attendees will also have access to educational sessions led by industry experts, networking opportunities and an exhibit hall highlighting new products, services and innovations.

For professionals in the surface and panel industry, the convention offers an opportunity to gain insight into broader trends influencing the building products marketplace—from supply chain strategies and channel relationships to evolving customer expectations and emerging product categories.

“We are excited to once again bring together the building material and floor covering channels for a convention truly unlike any other,” said Michael Wilbur, Executive Vice President of NAFCD and NBMDA.

“This event is specifically designed to facilitate real, genuine partnerships and to send attendees home with real insights and actionable ideas,” Wilbur said.

A new addition to the 2026 program is the launch of the associations’ regional Distributor Forum series. The initiative expands on the former UID In-A-Day program and is designed to help distribution professionals strengthen leadership skills while building connections with peers throughout the channel.

“We are also incredibly excited to unveil our regional Distributor Forum series, which will conclude with Distributor Forum Southwest on Tuesday, Nov. 3,” Wilbur said. “An evolution of our legacy UID In-A-Day program, this series will provide distribution professionals with the opportunity to hone their leadership skills, engage with NAFCD + NBMDA and connect with peers across the channel.”

Organizers encourage attendees to register early, noting that hotel accommodations are expected to fill quickly. Discounted rates are available for association members, and all attendees can take advantage of reduced pricing by registering before Aug. 1, 2026.

Additional information and registration details are available through the 2026 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention website.
