In the company’s 26,000 square feet of booth space, Stiles will offer live demonstrations of the VENJAKOB PERFECT Spray machine and MAKOR’s new ROBOTWIN robotic spraying line for both three-dimensional parts and flat panel runs.
Attendees will have an opportunity to witness how Stiles’ latest evolution of spraying technology, the MAKOR ROBOTWIN Robotic Spraying System, achieves high quality standards while reducing processing times and cutting costs. The system brings two spray technologies with robotic and reciprocator arms together in a single machine, capable of spraying thick parts and obtaining the best possible spray on flat or shaped edges. Stiles will demonstrate how the anthropomorphic robotic arm with "six plus two" controlled-axis carefully applies coating on the edges while parts are moving continuously on the feeding conveyor – and the reciprocator arm applies coating on the surface of the workpiece near the outfeed at the same time. The special additional axis allows the robotic arm to follow the parts in continuous mode while the arm is spraying. A glass side cabin offers visibility with sliding doors for an easy access to the spray cabin. CAD-CAM software allows for import of CAD drawings and for graphic adjustments, while an adjustable operator control panel features a wide high-definition touchscreen for ease of operation.
