Originally introduced to MJB as a vendor, William transitioned into an internal leadership role where he quickly became a driving force in expanding our import capabilities. He was instrumental in establishing our presence in Miami, Florida, and abroad, consistently contributing to the evolution of our global sourcing strategy.
Known for his “learn first” leadership approach, William takes the time to understand every challenge before guiding his team forward. His versatility, deep industry knowledge, and relentless drive for improvement make him exceptionally well-suited to lead MJB Imports, including Adornus, into its next phase of growth.
Founded in 1975 in Temple, Texas, MJB Wood Group is a Coors family-owned leader in wood products, delivering custom solutions for industries including cabinets, furniture, millwork, and RV/transportation.
