CINCINNATI – AUGUST 13, 2018 – Formica Corporation, the inventor of laminate, today announces an exclusive licensing agreement with ARAUCO to manufacture and sell Formica® Brand Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL). Under this agreement, 25 of the best selling Formica® Brand TFL designs will be stocked by ARAUCO and available in the Formica® TFL Quick Ship Program. ARAUCO will also manufacture and distribute all other Formica® Brand TFL panels on a made-to-order basis.

Additionally, Formica Corporation will manufacture and distribute the Arauco PRISM® HPL offering, which consists of more than 60 designs complementary to Arauco PRISM® TFL. All designs will be available in one sheet minimums.
