Charlotte, NC, January 19, 2017 – Upon the expansion of the parts and service department in America and Canada, Biesse Group has added the position of Parts Quality Assurance Group Leader and welcomes Maurizio Bailot to this position! Maurizio has over 30 years experience in mechanics, 17 of which were spent manufacturing machinery in the wood industry. Spending 8 years as a production manager, 4 years as a field service technician and 5 years as a quality assurance manager, Maurizio is a valuable addition to the Biesse America and Canada team.
As the Parts Quality Assurance Group Leader, Bailot will serve as a liaison between departments, implementing new procedures, growing communications between customers and Biesse Group and ensuring customer satisfaction. “I have been familiar with Biesse for many years, and now that I work with Biesse, I’ve discovered the professional and customer-oriented attitude that sets us apart” said Bailot.
