Roseburg Forest Products has announced that Mike Reardon, Director of Manufacturing for its composites division, has been named Chairman of the Composite Panel Association (CPA) for 2026. Reardon has served on the CPA Board of Directors since 2021.
With more than four decades of experience in the wood products industry, Reardon oversees strategic planning and production for Roseburg’s composite product lines, including medium density fiberboard (MDF) and Armorite Exterior Trim. His career includes leadership roles at Roseburg, as well as previous positions with Arauco and Georgia-Pacific.
As CPA Chairman, Reardon will help guide the association, which represents North America’s composite panel producers, suppliers, and customers. Reardon’s leadership comes at a time of continued innovation and growth in composite panel manufacturing, as producers advance materials, processes, and applications across residential and commercial markets.
