Luca Bovalino has been named the Chief Operating Officer of Salice’s North American operations.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across a range of industries — including automotive and vehicular access control — Bovalino brings a strategic, performance-driven mindset to the role. Throughout his career, he has held several senior management positions, consistently delivering strong sales growth while fostering collaborative, results-oriented teams.
Bovalino, who took on the position in May, began his professional journey at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where he served as a Senior Consultant from 2000 to 2004. During that time, he led business process re-engineering projects for major multinational corporations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, with a focus on boosting efficiency in logistics, production, finance, and sales.
Bovalino holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turin in Italy, and attended the MIT Sloan School of Management.
