Kings Mountain International, Inc, a manufacturer of premium press plates for the decorative surfaces industry throughout the Americas, announces the appointment of Karen Palumbo as its new Product Development Manager. In this position, Karen will be responsible for leading the Graphic Arts Team, while collaborating with the KMI Technical Team, to create textures that reflect the current market and individual needs of our Customers. She will report to Steve Wagenknight, KMI’s President and CEO.
Karen brings a professional background strong in design and texture development for all segments of the décor surfaces marketplace. Now, she will transition that vast knowledge into the creation of etched press plates, while working closely with key industry stakeholders, including the décor paper printers. In addition, she will also continue to participate as a member of the Color Marketing Group.
In the coming weeks, Karen will start to schedule Customer meetings, as she transitions into her new position with Kings Mountain International.
