Grass America looks to strengthen its executive leadership team with the appointment of Angelika Hofmann as chief operating officer, a move that positions the cabinet hardware supplier for its next phase of operational growth and strategic development.
Hofmann has joined the company’s Management Board and will partner with President Matthias Bulla as Grass America looks ahead to a new chapter. In the role, she will lead key areas across the organization, including finance and controlling, production, IT, human resources and purchasing.
Her appointment brings broad international and cross-functional experience to the company. Born in Japan and having begun her professional career in Germany, Hofmann has spent the last seven years in the United States, building a background in finance, controlling and production-focused business leadership.
Most recently, she served as head of finance and controlling at ZEISS Industrial Metrology in Minneapolis. She earned her diploma from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, where she developed expertise in international accounting and gained substantial insight into manufacturing environments.
Grass America officials say Hofmann’s technical knowledge, leadership experience and innovative perspective will help further strengthen the company’s management structure and support a stable, forward-looking future.
