Genesis Products Inc. is reshaping its leadership team to strengthen its product strategy, expand category innovation, and fuel its next phase of growth in the RV market.
After a successful tenure as Product Manager for Decorative Surfaces, Phyllis Beyers will be departing Genesis Products. Beyers played a meaningful role in advancing the company’s decorative surface offerings and building strong partnerships with customers and suppliers. Genesis thanks Phyllis for her contributions and wishes her all the best in her future endeavors.
Erin Curtis has been appointed Vice President of Decorative Surfaces, expanding her responsibilities alongside her current role as Vice President of Marketing & Development. Curtis brings a depth of experience to this expanded role, including expertise in product strategy, trend leadership and strength in customer engagement, with a focus on collaboration and long-term value creation. Curtis will lead efforts to elevate design, quality, and performance across its decorative surfaces portfolio.

As part of the company’s evolving product organization, Joel Eberlein, who recently joined Genesis Products, will assume the role of Vice President - Product, overseeing RV Cabinet Doors & Components and Passage Doors in addition to Countertops and Composite Products. Eberlein will drive product direction, category excellence, and operational alignment for these strategic product lines. His background in product management, operational optimization, and industry innovation positions him well to lead these teams.

Nic Bontrager will continue in his role as Product Manager, reporting to Eberlein and supporting the cabinet doors and components portfolio with a focus on execution, product development, and customer support.
