Cody Harman has been promoted to Vice President, Product & Operations for Panel Lamination & Profile Wrapping at Genesis Products, expanding his leadership responsibilities across two of the company’s core business units.
In his new role, Harman will oversee product strategy, operational performance and cross-functional alignment for the company’s panel lamination and profile wrapping operations, with a focus on process improvement, capability expansion and long-term business growth.
Harman brings more than 12 years of experience with Genesis Products, having held positions spanning coordination, sales and product management. Most recently, he led product development efforts within the company’s panel lamination business, helping strengthen customer relationships, improve operational performance and support strategic partnerships.
He also played a key role in advancing Genesis Products’ sourcing strategies for paneling, improving supply reliability and cost efficiency while maintaining product quality standards. Harman additionally helped lead the company’s expansion into composite paneling solutions through the launch of AeroTek composite board, a wood-free alternative designed for RV interior and exterior sidewalls, ceilings and related applications.
