Con-Vey has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by The Oregonian, recognizing the Roseburg, Oregon-based industrial automation company based on employee feedback.
The honor marks the second time Con-Vey has received overall Top Workplace recognition, following its first award in 2023. The company was also named a Top Workplace for Engineering earlier this year.
“Employee feedback is what makes this recognition meaningful,” said Jeremy Goebel, president of Con-Vey. “We work hard to create a place where people can take ownership, keep learning, build strong relationships and do work they’re proud of.”
The Top Workplaces program is based on a confidential employee engagement survey administered by Energage. The survey measures workplace factors including employee support, opportunities for growth and the ability to execute effectively.

Con-Vey provides industrial automation, material handling systems, engineering, custom fabrication and technology upgrades for customers in building products, environmental, agricultural and other industrial markets.
The company is headquartered in Roseburg and designs and manufactures complete material handling systems for a range of manufacturing applications.
