Charlotte, North Carolina – Biesse’s Uniteam E-Mix is the processing center specifically designed for CLT (cross laminated timber) machining operations for woodwork construction. E-Mix has the multi-functional capacity to machine not only CLT panel but also Laminated Beams and Curved Laminated Beams as well. The E-Mix configuration enables the most complex machining operations to be performed in an efficient manner. Combining powerful multiple 5 axis electro-spindles each with auto tool changing, reducing cycle times and increase productivity. E-Mix can also be configured with twin loading stations that allow for pendular machining to further increase the level of productivity and flexibility.
