Berenson Hardware Promotes O’Brocta to Sales Director

Berenson Hardware Corp. has promoted Dan O’Brocta to Sales Director, recognizing his leadership and strategic role in the company’s continued growth within the U.S. kitchen and bath market.

In his new position, O’Brocta will report directly to the CEO while overseeing nationwide sales efforts supporting kitchen and bath distributors, showrooms, and contractors. He will also continue leading collaboration with Berenson’s network of more than 30 independent sales representatives across key U.S. markets.

O’Brocta has played a central role in strengthening Berenson’s sales organization, helping expand both inside and field sales teams to deepen engagement with customers and prospects. He has also worked closely with marketing leadership to ensure sales initiatives align with the company’s broader brand strategy.

President and CEO Darlene Rousseau praised O’Brocta’s impact, noting he has been “quick to understand Berenson’s business and customer needs,” while demonstrating “keen insight and the ability to align teams with laser-focused execution.”

Rousseau added that the promotion reflects both O’Brocta’s leadership and the company’s investment in strategic growth, citing his ability to align teams, develop talent, and build customer-focused programs as key to guiding the sales organization forward.

In his expanded role, O’Brocta will continue focusing on strengthening customer relationships, improving operational performance, and supporting Berenson’s long-term growth strategy.
