Leominster, MA – Oct. 25, 2018 – AIS, a leading manufacturer of commercial office furniture and seating, has unveiled a new website at http://www.ais-inc.com/. The new site reflects the evolving company brand launched earlier this year. From the bold AIS logo to vivid imagery to helpful content that’s fun to explore, the new website immerses visitors in the AIS experience.

“AIS is about innovation, agility and a passion for great products. These values propel us forward and inform the way we engage with people. Our website captures this AIS spirit and will be a powerful platform for helping us connect with our dealer partners, designers and customers. It also will be a great tool for recruiting new employees, and for sharing our news with the media and various communities,” AIS Vice President of Marketing Tracy Reed said.

Contemporary Design

The website is based on how users navigate sites and look at office furniture today. The site uses “responsive design,” which means it automatically reformats to provide the best visual experience based on the user’s viewing device, whether that’s a computer, tablet or smart phone. A straightforward site structure and a simple search function make it easy to find content.

Site visitors can browse all AIS products – panel systems, benching and desking, laminate casegoods, tables and conferencing, storage, seating, work tools and accessories. They can view spaces by application, such as open-office plans, private offices and conference spaces. AIS’s showrooms at headquarters in Massachusetts as well as in New York City, Chicago and Washington, D.C., are visually displayed on the site. Client spaces and case studies – for example, Vortex Optics, TrueFit and Vertex Pharmaceuticals – also are showcased.

A resources section includes important product information, the multitudes of available fabrics and finishes, design resources, GSA and state contract information, and the AIS Image Library.

Expanded Image Library

The website’s Image Library has been expanded and enhanced. This virtual one-stop-shop is an extensive resource for high-resolution visual product content, including professional photography, renderings, snapshots and videos. Individual products as well as products depicted in designed spaces are featured.

A search tool on the Image Library allows designers to locate exactly what they’re looking for by typing in keywords. Five options – Product Category, Product Name, Image Type, Application and Space – help to narrow down the search.

“The demand for product imagery resonated throughout the organization and within our dealer channel. Our Image Library has become an invaluable tool and a game-changer in helping to educate people about our products,” Reed said. “There are so many great images and impressive videos for use in presentations and inspiration boards. Salespeople access the library daily to send the latest images to clients or examples of products that they’re proposing to a client.”

The Image Library already contains nearly 2,000 items. About 25 new images are added each week. Hundreds of users from all over the country access and use the library weekly.

More Ways to Connect, Learn

The new website’s “about” section includes information on AIS’s history, leadership and commitment to sustainability. A news-and-events area features recent press releases and happenings, and a careers area offers information about working at AIS.

The website’s contact page makes it easy to get in touch with an AIS or independent rep; find a dealer or showroom nearby or in one’s state; inquire to become a dealer; and request printed product literature. The site also connects visitors to AIS’s Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages.
