Decorative Continuous Pressed Laminate

Decorative paper and backers impregnated with thermosetting resins are thermally fused under heat and high pressure through (DBP) Double Belt Press technology.

This engineered CPL decorative laminate offers a unique range of formable decorative laminates suitable for profile wrapping, edgebanding and softforming applications.

Custom Saturation

We saturate decorative papers and specialty overlays with thermosetting resin formulations. Our products are ideal for the manufacturing of thermofused panels and continuous laminates.

Custom Profile Wrapping

Olon custom profiles may be hand-wrapped as individual components or produced as larger volume runs on substrates that include MDF, HDF, aluminum, plastic/PVC, wood, steel or fiberglass.

Capabilities:

• Profile width of 5/8” min. to 16” max
• Profile thickness is 6mm min. to 4” max.
• NAUF MDF mouldings are available
• Cost effective for large architectural mouldings 

5 Piece Door Components

An economical and durable alternative to wood with an impressive selection of over 150 stock color and finish options. There are 36 different styles of door profiles offered or you may design your own custom profiles.

Olon 5 piece door mouldings are wrapped with NEXGEN™ laminates that offer a permanent antibacterial surface with higher heat, scratch and stain resistance versus RTF (vinyl) and solid wood doors.

• Perpendicular grain direction stile and rail construction perfectly resembles a wood door
• Zero formaldehyde emissions based on assembled doors
• Mouldings exactly match thermally fused melamine panels
• Color matching and fade-resistance allow for replacement doors or additions years later

Stock Accessory Mouldings are available in 12 profile styles (including crowns, light shield, flute and baseboards) to complete this program.

Drawer Components

Blank, miter-fold and knockdown (KD) drawer systems assemble in seconds to significantly reduce labor costs and are available in a wide range of sizes, styles and vinyl colors with matching drawer bottoms.

Polypropylene (PVC free) drawers are now available in white, black and dark maple.
