Roseburg SkyBlend is a specified green particleboard panel that's EPP-certified to be 100-percent recycled wood fiber with no urea formaldehyde added during the manufacturing process. A wood fiber and particle blend that delivers the consistent desirable properties of each species comprises this multi-layered substrate. The identifiable tinted core has a controlled distribution pattern of particles that creates the perfect dimensionally stable panel, and it's sanded to an extremely smooth, tight and grainless surface on both sides. Roseburg SkyBlend particleboard, engineered to the highest quality standards, is available in industrial grade only and can be specified as raw board or for Roseburg Duramine® Decorative Melamine panels.

Need a laminating panel that is NAUF and FSC-certified? Roseburg has the answer with its revolutionary, low-emissions HybridGREEN FSC-certified SkyBlend particleboard. Made in Dillard, Ore., and contributing to up to six LEED points, Roseburg FSC SkyBlend is designed to offer great design flexibility as a natural choice in any industrial or residential particleboard application that requires a stringent emissions standard.

Roseburg Duramine® Decorative Melamine panels consist of melamine resin-saturated decorative papers, thermally fused (TFM) under heat and pressure to a substrate of Roseburg UltraBlend™ or SkyBlend particleboard varieties, MDF or CFC veneer core plywood. All substrates are available with no added urea-formaldehyde (NAUF). This process permanently bonds the paper to the board.

The panels are perfect for a host of applications cabinets, commercial casework, store fixtures, residential/institutional furniture and closet/garage organizational systems. In addition to 55 options in the National Design Collection, Roseburg offers more than 800 designs from Wilsonart, Formica, Arclin, Coveright, Tafisa and others through its Synergy Partners Collections, which represent some of the hottest designs in the industry.

Roseburg produces more than 50 Duramine® solid, pattern or woodgrain selections that are Designed-To-Match high-pressure laminate, rigid thermofoil, five-piece doors, edgebanding, moldings and other complementary accessory components. A convenient cross-reference chart simplifies all matches.
