The HS-Series Motorized Roll Racks store 3D Laminate right where it's needed – at the membrane press! Custom built to individual specifications, these racks can store anywhere from 10 to 46 rolls of 3D Laminate safely and conveniently. The cut-to-length feature eliminates wasting 3DL with each press load so they pay for themselves quickly in terms of time and laminate saved. Non-motorized systems are also available.

The Easy|Axis foot-rotated turntable allows the operator to turn parts being sprayed with adhesives or finishes completely hands-free. The tube shaped column eliminates blow-back. Two easily changed top plate sizes come with each unit, and you can choose between non-slip surfaces or elevation pins. All of the outer surfaces are HDPE, guaranteeing easy cleanup of both glue and finish residue.

The Steady|Mix eliminates fatigue and guesswork when mixing finishes or two-part adhesives, as well as frees up the operator for other tasks. When mixing two-component 3D Lamination adhesives, the Steady|Mix ensures the hardener will be steadily and evenly added to the adhesive for optimal performance. The system can be used for a variety of other mixing applications, and be adjusted for 1 to 5 gallon mixing jobs.

Originally designed for 3D Laminating, the Versa|Trim handles a variety of otherapplications including edgebanding and T-molding. Its compact size easily trims around multiple openings even in close proximity to each other. The handle is engineered to hold the blade at the angle necessary for a flush trim in a single pass.
