At NeoCon 2012, JB Cutting introduced a new product that, with the addition of an EPP certified medium density fiberboard substrate, will now also be manufactured with 3DL films that are made of recycled materials. This new material is made from recycled PET plastic bottles that are harvested and repurposed for 3DL fabrication. For everyone one square foot of this 3DL film, two plastic bottles were recycled and used in the material. In addition, B2L is offered four colors with matches to other surfacing materials.
Mark Viers, President of Dackor 3D Laminates said, "Just think of the impact; with recycled 3DL, you're now providing the commercial interior industry with not only with more cost effective material, more versatile and a more durable product, but now -one that truly benefits the environment."
