International Designers Express Versatility with DuPont Corian

In conjunction with the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York City, DuPont and French design magazine Intramuros brought together legendary designers from around the world for Carte Blanche, an exhibition of 25 one-of-a-kind works with DuPont Corian solid surface.

Arik Levy Carte BlancheCarte Blanche includes distinctive works made with a single A4 sheet of Corian Designer White, a new color introduced in 2010 at the request of top architects and designers. Designed by Philippe Boisselier, the showcase includes a variety of fabrication techniques such as thermoforming, inlays, image sublimation, carving and routing, showcasing the flexibility and versatility of DuPont Corian solid surfaces. 

The collection is on display at the DuPont Corian Design Studio New York until June 2. In October, Carte Blanche will travel to Philadelphia’s Marketplace Design Center as part of DesignPhiladelphia 2010.
