The Biesse Group's Diamut, the world-leading producer of high-tech diamond tooling used in the stone, glass and construction trades, announces Michele Ragno as sales manager for America and Canada. Ragno brings a strong management and technical tooling background as well as extensive experience in programming CNC machines and using Autocad software.

“We are confident that Michele will bring added technical value to this position, as the demand from our dealers in technical support is evolving to face our competition and the need for new industry applications” said Federico Broccoli, president and CEO. “The Biesse Group have high expectations for Diamut. We see potential business growth at three-times our actual sales, and we will direct our efforts towards industries such as glass, ceramic, cements, as well as, all new opportunities that have not been pursued with sufficient focus in the past.”

Ragno's duties include developing a strong dealer network, providing support and product training, setting budgets, managing inventory levels, supporting marketing efforts to improve the Diamut brand communication and assuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in North America.
