The 2010 Decorative Surface Conference, to be held at the Fairmont - The Queen Elizabeth Hotel, 900 Rene Levesque Blvd. W, Montreal, Quebec H3B4A5, Canada, from October 26 through 28, 2010, announces its complete program of speakers -- leaders, innovators and experts in the decorative surfaces industry.
